【1. Core Return Eligibility & Conditions】
At zoltrinj, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through a transparent and fair return process. To maintain our high quality and hygiene standards, please adhere to the following core conditions:
The Return Window: All return requests must be formally submitted within 14 Calendar Days from the confirmed date of delivery. Please be advised that any requests initiated after this 14-day eligibility period will be systematically declined by our system.
Item Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a full refund, all returned items must be in their Original, Unused, and Unwashed condition. The product must remain in its original manufacturer packaging with all security tags, labels, and protective seals intact. Any item that shows signs of wear, laundering, or damage not previously reported will be deemed ineligible for a standard return.
Shipping Fee Responsibility: The responsibility for return freight is determined by the nature of the return. zoltrinj will cover all return shipping costs only in cases involving manufacturing defects, shipping damages, or the delivery of incorrect items. Conversely, for all returns based on personal reasons—including but not limited to "changing of mind," "incorrect size selection," or "no longer required"—the Buyer is solely responsible for the return shipping fees and any associated logistics costs.
【2. Standardized Refund Processing Workflow】
To ensure a smooth and traceable experience for our customers, we require all returns to follow this multi-step workflow:
Step 1: Initiate Request: Please contact our dedicated support team at service@zoltrinj.com including your official Order Number. For cases involving defective or damaged merchandise, clear photographic or video evidence must be attached to your initial communication for our assessment.
Step 2: RMA Issuance: Our compliance team will review your evidence within 1 to 2 Business Days. Upon successful approval, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the designated return warehouse address.
Step 3: Return Shipment: You are required to ship the item back to our facility within 7 Calendar Days of receiving your RMA. A valid Tracking Number must be provided to our support team immediately after dispatch to ensure the package can be monitored during transit.
Step 4: Inspection & Settlement: Once your package arrives at our facility, our Quality Control (QC) team will conduct a thorough inspection within 3 Business Days. If the item fulfills all return criteria, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 Business Days. Please note that banking institutions may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
【3. Important Legal Disclosures】
Unauthorized Returns: Any package sent to our warehouse without a pre-approved RMA number will be rejected. zoltrinj shall not be held liable for the loss, damage, or storage of such unauthorized shipments.
Restocking Fees: If a returned item is found to be in a condition that compromises its resale value (e.g., missing original packaging or showing minor signs of use), we reserve the right to either deny the refund or apply a 25% Restocking Fee at our sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Costs: Please be aware that original shipping charges and any import duties or customs taxes paid by the buyer at the time of entry are non-refundable.
