【1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Timelines】

At zoltrinj, we prioritize the efficiency and accuracy of every shipment. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is cleared, our fulfillment center initiates the processing sequence.

• Processing Period: Standard orders are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday–Friday). Please note that orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or during national public holidays will be scheduled for processing on the following available business day.

• Order Modifications: Due to our rapid fulfillment cycle, any requests for address changes or order cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of order placement. Once a tracking number has been generated, no further modifications can be executed.

• Standard Delivery Window: For our valued customers across the United States, the estimated delivery duration is 12 to 15 Calendar Days (this timeframe includes weekends).

• Transit Disclosure: While we maintain a high success rate for punctual deliveries, please be advised that international shipping involves multiple carrier handovers and regional sorting facilities. Final delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to minor adjustments based on local carrier efficiency or peak season volumes.

【3. Shipping Rates & Geographic Coverage】

• Contiguous United States: We are proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all products delivered to the 48 contiguous states. There are no hidden handling fees at the point of dispatch.

• Shipping Limitations: Due to current logistical constraints and high transit costs, we do not provide shipping services to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands), APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or PO Box addresses. If an order is placed with a restricted address, our team will contact you to provide an alternative or initiate a full refund.

【4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes - CRITICAL NOTICE】

As zoltrinj operates on a cross-border fulfillment model, all international shipments are subject to the import laws of the destination country.

• The "Importer of Record" Principle: By purchasing from our store, the Buyer is officially designated as the Importer of Record. Consequently, all import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), local consumption taxes, and customs clearance brokerage fees are the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the BUYER. These statutory charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and are not collected, controlled, or predicted by zoltrinj.

• Impact of Non-Payment: If a shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed by customs authorities because the buyer refuses to settle the required import duties or taxes, zoltrinj reserves the right to deduct all original shipping costs, return freight charges, and a 15% administrative handling fee from any potential refund. No refund will be issued if the package is destroyed by local authorities due to non-compliance with import regulations.
